1. Does my warranty cover glass breakage? |

Although we provide a strong, tempered glass for our glass-top tables, there is always a possibility of breakage, due to accident, weather, or transport mishap around the home. Due to its delicate nature, glass breakage is not covered by the Tropic Garden warranty. This is a standard policy in the outdoor furniture industry. Glass breakage is uncommon, and you may be able to obtain replacement glass at a local glass shop at your own cost.

2. Where can I buy matching or extra pieces for my Tropic Garden patio set? |

All of our items are custom-manufactured for each of our retail dealers. If the retailer from whom you purchased your items or set did not order extra chairs or other open stock items for the set you purchased, we did not manufacture extra for them. You should always check with the retailer where you purchased your set to determine if they offer any accessory items.

3. Can I order additional items that match my set directly from Tropic Garden? |

Tropic Garden is a direct import manufacturer. We only produce what is ordered by our retail dealers. We do not offer individual replacements to end users.

4. Can I get matching or extra pieces from another retailer? |
|
It is unlikely, although some retailers do purchase extra chairs, for example, to allow their patrons to purchase auxiliary chairs or end tables, for example. It is rare that two retailers will offer the same fabric and frame combination. Many times, you can locate solid color items that will coordinate well enough with your set to be acceptable.

5. Can I buy just one extra chair? |
|
Some retailers sell their patio furniture only as a complete set. Other retailers sell each of the component items individually- you should check with your nearest retailer for availability.

6. Can I purchase extra cushions or patio covers from Tropic Garden? |
